Start - Control Panel

Click on Windows firewall

Check your Windows Firewall state On or OFF

If your status is OFF Click Turn Windows Firewall on or off

Mark Turn on Windows Firewall Under Home or Private network location settings

and

Mark Turn on Windows Firewall Under Public location network location settings

and Click OK
