Remove non existing removable Disk Icons from "My Computer"

Some times in our computer or Lap there will appear some Hard Disk Icons called "Removable Disk". they will make disturb and ugly. Many of us do not know how to remove those disks from My Computer.

So Here i am going to show you how to remove non existing removable Disk Icons from "My Computer".
There are several steps to remove this.

Step 1

In my computer there are 5 Removable Disks appearing.

Step 2

Right Click any of the drive there appear and click Properties

Step 3

Select Hardware Tab and Click Properties

Step 4

Click Change Settings under the General Tab

Step 5

Click Safety Remove Hardware under the Policies Tab

Step 6

Now there will appear what are the disks appearing in your PC. According to my computer Highlighted Disks are unwanted. Here you can't select all the disks in one time. So you have to select each disk one by one.

Now Select any of the Disk and Click Properties

Step 7

Select Driver Tab and click Disable and Click OK

Step 8

If this popup window  appear click Yes.

Step 9

Now you have done it. Like the same way i have mentioned select other Disks and Disable it. Now check your "My Computer" there will no any Removable Disks...  :-D
